9-14 peppers (RED OR YELLOW)
1# Ground Pork
3# Ground Chuck
1 cup Instant Brown Rice (Cooked)
1 cup Instant White Rice (Cooked)
2 Cups Breadcrumbs
5 Eggs
1t Garlic Powder
1t Mrs. Dash-Table Blend
1t Cilantro Leaves
3T Mild Super Sauce
1-32oz Beef Broth (Low Sodium)
1-32oz Tomato Soup
Mix all ingredients (except Broth & Soup) and fill Peppers. Place Peppers in Deep Baking Dish sprayed with PAM.
Mix Broth & Soup together and pour over Peppers.
Bake COVERED in 350 degree oven for 3 hrs.
Every hr. pour gravy over peppers.
Meatballs
Depending on how many peppers you decide to fill---With left over Meat & Rice mixture, make Meatballs. Add 1-2 cups more breadcrumbs to make Meat mixture a little thicker.
Make & Place 21/2” Rounded Meatballs on sprayed cookie sheet.
Bake UNCOVERED at 325 for 25-40 min. until done. Enjoy!
Adding the Super Sauce to this Meat & Rice Mixture adds so much More Flavor and Tenderness to this recipe.
